What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain JIRA boards, ensure accurate updates, and track sprint progress.
- Prepare sprint reports, SOPs, and documentation to support transparency.
- Collaborate with PM, BA, QA, and Developers to track deliverables and risks.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Agile/PMO environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint lifecycle.
- Proficiency in JIRA, reporting dashboards, and documentation tools.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Familiarity with PMO processes, governance standards, and backlog management.
What Would Be a Plus
- Experience with multi-project coordination and reporting.
- Knowledge of risk/issue management frameworks.
- Familiarity with stakeholder communication and escalation practices.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM).
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or Project Management.
