Looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as an Assistant/Executive in the US HR department. The candidate should be able to understand/process the US employee’s New Hire Data, WC Codes, Benefits, and payroll-related reporting. You should also be able to coordinate with the US-HR department in Pakistan as well as with the US team in solving the employees’ complaints and issues. Prior work experience in a similar role in the Human Resources department, preferably in a US-based company would be highly considered.
To perform this role successfully, you should possess excellent knowledge of US-based HR. You should have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Additionally, you should possess outstanding analytical skills and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- 1 Years of experience in this field.
- Processing the US New Hire Packets in the database.
- Creation of Client Profiles in the database.
- Communication with US and Pakistani HR always.
- Basic processing of US Benefits Enrollments
- Processing Mock payrolls for US Implementation Clients.
- Reporting the daily activities to Team Lead.
- Meeting deadlines
- Active in the daily meetings
- Supporting the department in various relevant tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a similar degree.
- Proven work experience in a related job position in the Human Resources department.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools (Advance Ms. Excel proficiency)
- Excellent English & communication skills both verbal and written (Mandatory)
- Excellent Email writing skills (Mandatory)
- Experience in coordinating within teams efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
